Ingredients
Ingredients For Base:
  • 2 ½ cup Digestive biscuits crushed
  • 4 ounce Butter melted
Ingredients For Pomegranate Sauce:
  • 1 cup Pomegranate juice
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • ¼ cup Water
  • Red color few drops
  • 2 tbsp Gelatin
  • ¼ cup Pomegranate juice
  • 200 gm White chocolates grated
  • ½ cup Clarified butter
  • 1-½ cup Cream
  • 3 tbsp Caster sugar
  • Pomegranate for decoration
Cooking Method
To Make the Pie Crust:
  1. Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter.
  2. Spread crumb mixture in a 9 inch pie dish and bake for 10 minutes.
To Make the Pomegranate Sauce:
  1. Put pomegranate juice in a sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a boil then add sugar.
  3. Dissolve corn flour in a ¼ cup Water and pour into juice mixture.
  4. Thickened the mixture.
  5. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
  6. Add red color, dissolve gelatin in pomegranate juice and keep aside.
  7. Melt grated chocolate with cream.
  8. Add in dissolved gelatin, beat the remaining cream, add to melted chocolate, save some for decoration.
  9. Beat mixture and put on top of biscuit base.
  10. Drizzle pomegranate sauce over it.
  11. Swirl to give marble effect, chill until firm.
  12. Decorate with some more cream and pomegranate.
  13. Delicious Pomegranate and White Chocolate Pie is ready to serve.
