  • 300 gm Rice
  • ½ kg Chicken mince
  • 2 Onion
  • 1 cup Peas boiled
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Carrot
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Crushed black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Put together chicken mince, onion, carrots, spring onion, egg, crushed black pepper and salt in a chopper.
  2. Process until well combined.
  3. Now shape into small sized kababs and shallow fry till golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oil and keep aside.
  5. Heat oil in a wok, add in chopped, carrot, capsicum and onion. Fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
  6. Now add 1-½ glass of water to the pan with salt to taste.
  7. Add in soaked rice and cook until rice comes on top and water dries.
  8. Lastly add in fried kabab and mix well.
  9. Cover and simmer on low flame for 8-10 minutes or until rice is fluffed.
  10. Dish it out.

  11. Kabab Rice is ready to serve. ENJOY!
