This Makhni Garlic Naan Recipe by Rida Aftab, is so divine. Fluffy flatbread smothered with a garlic herb butter that's as perfect with Pakistani dishes as garlic bread is with Italian meals.

  • 500 gm White flour
  • 2 tsp Yeast
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Hot water as required
  • 2 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 2 tbsp Green coriander
  • 50 gm Butter
Cooking Method
  1. In a bowl, mix yeast, salt, flour and oil with hot water.
  2. Knead a soft dough.
  3. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. When dough rise, punch it down.
  5. Divide dough into 4 equal portions.
  6. Roll each ball into a flat naan.
  7. In a separate bowl, add garlic, coriander and butter mix well.
  8. Apply on naan and bake at 180 C for 30 minutes or until golden on top.
  9. Remove from the oven and apply butter.
  10. Delicious Makhni Garlic Naan is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with any type of curry, kebabs.
