  • 250 gm mince
  • 1 boiled potato mashed
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 egg finely chopped
  • 6 green chilies ground
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds crushed
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds crushed
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Place mutton mince in a bowl.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, onion, red chili powder, egg, green chilies, mashed potato, turmeric powder, coriander , cumin, salt, coriander and mint leaves.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Shape into round kababs.
  5. Shallow fry on each side for 2 minutes or until light golden.
  6. Drain on absorbent paper.
  7. Mince Potato Kabab is ready to serve.
  8. Serve hot with Pepper Sauce.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Sweet Chili Sauce.
