  • 1 kg chicken cut into 20 pieces
  • 4 tbsp gram flour
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt
For Green Masala:
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 bunch fresh coriander leaves
  • 8 green chilies
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
Cooking Method
To make Green Masala:
  1. Put all green masala ingredients in a blender.
  2. Process until well blended and smooth.
  3. Keep aside.
To Make Fried Hariyali kabab:
  1. In a bowl, mix together green Masala paste with gram flour, corn flour and salt.
  2. Marinate chicken in this paste for 2 hour.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry chicken pieces for 15 minutes or until light golden.
  5. Remove from the oil and drain on an absorbent paper.
  6. Garnish with ring onions and tomato slices.
  7. Fried Hariyali Kabab is ready now.
  8. Serve hot.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with naan, raita or chutney.
