Ingredients
Pizza Dough :
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 6-8 large prawns
  • ½ cup boiled fish chunks
  • 1 onion cubed
  • 1 capsicum cubed
  • 2 tbsp Tom Yum paste
  • 1 cup Cheddar and mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1 tsp oregano to sprinkle
Cooking Method
For Dough
  1. Knead all the dough ingredients with lukewarm water and keep in an oiled bowl to rise in a warm place for at least an hour. 

  2. For the sauce, cook in oil the prawns, boiled fish chunks, add tom yum paste, water, add in capsicums and onions when done. Sauce should be thick. 

  3. Roll the pizza dough, top with seafood sauce, sprinkle some cheese and oregano and let rise for 15-20 minutes and then bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes or till risen and golden.

Hello Chef, never thought to add Tom Yum paste to pizza. It will go nicely in American style Tomato Soup, so this pizza is worth a try. Would like to suggest Maesri Tom Yum paste. It has lower salt than other Tom Yum pastes and it does not have MSG.
