Ingredients
  • 1 packet Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 sachet recipe Mix
  • 2 cups beef mince
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomato skinned & chopped
  • 2 tbsp Ginger sliced
  • 3 Green chilies sliced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh coriander chopped
  • 3 cups Water
  • ½ cup Oil
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Sauté onions until golden brown.
  3. Add a ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
  4. Add minced beef and fry for 2-4 minutes.
  5. Add recipe mix sachet and fry for a minute.
  6. Add chopped tomatoes and 3 cups of water; cover and cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes or until mince is cooked.
  7. Remove the lid and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes or until all water is dried then add sliced ginger, green chilies and chopped coriander.
  8. Add boiled elbow macaroni and stir well.
  9. Remove from the heat and dish it out.
  10. Delicious Qeema Macarnoi is ready to serve.
