Ingredients
  • 5 Pita bread
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar and mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Chicken tikka pieces
  • 1 capsicum Finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 3 tbsp Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
Cooking Method
  1. Place the pita bread on a greased baking tray. Spread the chili garlic sauce and tomato ketchup on each slice of pita bread.

  2. Top with the chicken, capsicum, and tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle the oregano and cheese on top. Bake at 200C for 10 minutes until the cheese melted. 

  4. Slice into triangles with the help of a pizza cutter and enjoy!

Serving Suggestions

Serve with Chili Garlic Sauce.
