Ingredients
  • 500 gm small Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tandoori Masala
  • 4 tbsp Cheddar cheese
  • 4 green chilies Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Chopped ginger
  • 2 Lemons
  • ½ bunch Chopped green coriander
  • Saltto taste
  • Oil as required
Cooking Method
  1. Boil the potatoes and deep fry them.

  2. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok over medium heat.
  4. Add ginger, potatoes and cook for few minutes.
  5. Then add lemon juice, tandoori masala and salt.
  6. Now sprinkle green chilies and coriander (Dahnia). Cover the wok and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Now sprinkle cheddar cheese over them. Turn the heat off and put the lid on 2 minutes. Then take it out in a serving dish. Serve hot
