- 250 gm ground beef (keema)
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 6 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 2 Tomato cut into rings
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1 tsp salt

Place flour, salt and oil in a large mixing bowl. Mix well and knead a soft dough. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute onion, garlic and ginger paste for few minutes. Then add ground beef, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin seed, coriander powder and tomato rings add and cook for 20 minutes until mince is cooked thorough and all water dries up.

Now make four round paratha's from the dough. Then stuff with mince mixture.

Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese and shape into rolls. Fold in butter paper. Delicious Qeema Cheese Paratha Rolls are ready to serve.
