Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp carom seeds
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Oil for deep frying
Cooking Method
  1. Soak semolina in 1/2 cup of hot water for 15 minutes.
  2. Sieve wheat flour and plain flour.
  3. Place flour in a large bowl, add salt and soaked semolina in it.
  4. Add red chili powder, carom seeds.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Knead a soft dough.
  7. Cover with wet cloth and leave it for 30 minutes.
  8. Make small balls out of the dough.
  9. Roll into puris.Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry puris for 4-5 minutes or until golden.
  10. Rava Masala Puri is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Chana Masala.
