Ingredients
  • 300 gm Chicken mince
  • 2 Capsicums
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs lightly beaten
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Put chicken mince, capsicum, tomato, onion, salt, chili garlic sauce and mayonnaise in a chopper.
  2. Process until well combined.
  3. Take it out in a mixing bowl.
  4. Divide mixture into 12 equal portions.
  5. Shape into small rolls.
  6. Coat each roll in dry flour.
  7. Then Dip in beaten egg and again coat with dry flour.
  8. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  9. Deep fry rolls for 5-7 minutes on medium heat or until crispy and golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
  11. Shimla Mirch Roll is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with Sweet Chili Sauce.
