  • 500 gm Boneless chicken cubed flatten
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 6 Green chilies grinded
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic heaped
  • 2 sliced Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Ginger julienne
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Ghee
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Kasori methi
  • 3 Green chilies julienne
  • ½ tsp Black pepper crushed heaped
  • ½ tsp Red pepper crushed
Cooking Method
  1. Heat tawa.
  2. Put water, grinded green chilies, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  4. Add salt, both the crushed pepper, ginger julienne, whipped curd, kasori methi, ghee and cook for 10-12 minutes or until gravy is thickened and oil comes on top.
  5. Sprinkle green chilies over it and turn the flame off.
  6. Delicious Tawa Chicken is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with Naan or chapati and salad.
