Ingredients
  • 1 Packet Tofu
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 Tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1-1 /2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 2-3 Baby corns
  • 2 Celery sticks
  • 1 Red capsicum Chopped
  • 3 Egg ,half boiled
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 Tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 Big Green chilies chopped
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Cut tofu into small cubes and deep fry tofu in hot oil. Remove from the oil and keep aside.

  2. In a bowl, combine together the lemon juice, 2 tbsp oil, chopped garlic, chopped green chilies, salt and black pepper. 

  3. Add  spring onions, sliced baby corn, celery sticks chopped, Red capsicum cut into and 2 coriander leaves. Top with  fried tofu.

  4. Toss to coat evenly. Take it out in a serving dish. Garnish with boiled eggs  halves.and serve !
