Ingredients
  • 125 gm Butter
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Caster sugar
  • 1-½ cup Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
Cooking Method
  1. Melt butter and milk.
  2. Set aside and let it cool.
  3. In a bowl, beat eggs well and add essence.
  4. Gradually add sugar.
  5. Gradually stir in the butter and milk mixture.
  6. Fold into the flour and baking powder.
  7. Pour mixture in a greased and lined tin.
  8. Bake at 180 degrees C for 30-40 minutes or till done.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool on wire rack.
  10. Sprinkled with icing sugar.
  11. Delicious Vanilla Butter Cake is ready to serve.
