Ingredients
  • 500 gm chicken cut into small size pieces
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 3 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp hot spice powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup tamarind paste
  • salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Place chicken in a large bowl.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, tamarind paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin, hot spices powder and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Now coat chicken pieces with flour.
  5. Then dip in beaten egg.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry chicken for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oil.
  9. Now steam chicken for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
  10. Masala Steam Chicken is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

 Serve with Cream salad and french fries.

  1. Ilike chef zakir cooking from last may be 15 years that time there is no masala title name i think there is another name. I like him as my teacher who is excellent. Chef .sumoon
