  • 250 gm bakarkhani
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 liter milk
  • 2 tablespoon almonds and pistachio chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
Cooking Method
  1. Preheat oven over 150 degree C.
  2. Lightly grease an oven proof dish
  3. Place bakarkhani in it.
  4. Crush into small pieces.
  5. Now boil milk.
  6. Stir in the sugar.
  7. Now Stir in the rose water and fresh cream.
  8. Pour milk and cream mixture over the bakarkhani.
  9. Top with almonds and pistachios.
  10. Bake,in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until done.
  11. Remove from the oven.
  12. Bakar Khani Delight is ready to serve.
