Ingredients
  • 2 cups any biscuit crumbs
  • 4 ounces melted Butter
  • 3 Eggs separated
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 5 ounces Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Gelatin heaped
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 6 ounces White chocolate grated
  • 12 ounces Fresh cream whipped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Cooking Method
To Make the Cheesecake Base:
  1. Lightly grease 9 inch loose bottom cake pan with butter.
  2. In a bowl, combine together the biscuit crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press biscuit crumbs on the bottom of cake pa.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes on 180 degrees
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
To Make The Filling:
  1. Separate eggs, cook yolks and ½ quantity sugar in a sauce pan for 2 minutes.
  2. Then melt white chocolate with ¼ cup milk.
  3. Put in the yolks mixture with dissolved gelatin.
  4. Beat cream for few minutes or until stiff.
  5. Beat egg whites until stiff then add remaining sugar
  6. and beat again until light and fluffy.
  7. Fold in the cream in the cheese mixture along with lemon juice, vanilla.
  8. Now fold in the egg white mixture.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Pour mixture on the biscuit base.
  11. Set in the freezer for 2 hours.
  12. Remove and decorate with chocolate shavings, dust top with sieved cocoa powder.
  13. Delicious White Chocolate Cake is ready to serve.
