This Mutton Paye Recipe By Shireen Anwar, is going to blow your mind and your taste buds! A bit lengthy recipe, but worth to try this Eid. Goes great with Naan.

  • 6 Mutton paye roasted
  • ½ cup Brown onion grinded
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tsp Coriander powder
  • 3 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Allspice
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Mix whole spices
  • ½ cup Oil
For Garnishing:
  • Green chilies
  • Coriander leaves
  • Lemon slices
  • Ginger slice
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add whole spices, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, fry well.
  3. Add yogurt, fried onion and paye, cook well for few minutes or until oil comes on top.
  4. Now add 6 cups water, cover the pot and let it simmer for 2-3 hours or until soft and tender.
  5. Sprinkle all spice powder over it.
  6. Take it out in a serving bowl.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves, ginger slice, green chilies and lemon.
  8. Mutton paye are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with Naan or Kulcha.
