Ingredients
  • ½ kg Boneless chicken cut into 2 inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 + 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp Wooster sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste heaped
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Mustard powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • Pinch of orange color
  • Boiled rice to serve
  • 2 Capsicum cut into 2 inch squares, seeds removed
  • 2 Tomatoes cut into 2 inch squares, seeds removed
  • 2 Onions cut in 2 inch square, remove outer layers.
Cooking Method
  1. Marinate chicken cubes with Ketchup, BBQ sauce, Wooster sauce, Salt, Ginger paste, Black pepper, Mustard powder, Chili powder, orange color.
  2. Cover and marinate for 1 hour to blend flavors.
  3. Put chicken cubes on flat skewers, alternating with onion, tomato capsicum, again chicken, keep repeating, starting and ending with meat.
  4. Grill skewers on a pre-heated grill and brushing with left over marinade on chicken.
  5. Brush with oil to give a glazed.
  6. Delicious BBQ Shashlik is ready to serve.
  7. Serve with boiled rice.
