- 4 Burger Buns
- 300 gm mince
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder (zeera Powder)
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 Egg
- 1 Bread Slice, soaked and squeezed in milk
- Dry flour as required
- Oil for frying
- french fries, to serve
- onion rings, to serve
- tomato slices, to serve
- Mayonnaise tp spread
- salad leaves

Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Saute onion for few minutes or until soft.

Remove from the oil and put in a chopper, along with mince, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire Sauce
, herbs, egg soaked bread salt and black pepper. -
Process until well combined and smooth. Take it out the mixture into a bowl.

Sprinkle flour on a shallow dish or plate. Shape mince mixture into 4 patties.

Coat in flour mixture and shallow fry on medium low heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until well cooked.

Toast burger buns and spread mayonnaise on them. Top each bun with salad leaves, burger petty, onion rings and tomato slices. Cover with burger top. Your Best Ever American Burgers are ready to serve.
Serve with French Fries.
