Ingredients
  • ½ kg boneless Chicken
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 4 Green chilies
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp White cumin roasted and crushed
  • ½ tsp Allspice
  • 1/4 cup oil
Cooking Method
  1. In a blender, add onion, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander leaves and tomato puree.
  2. Blend until well combined.
  3. Now melt butter in a wok.
  4. Add oil, add blended masala with chili powder, salt, white cumin and yogurt
  5. Cook well for 10 minutes or until all water dries up.
  6. Now add chicken, cover and cook for 10 minutes or until is chicken tender.
  7. Remove the lid and add fresh cream.
  8. Turn the flame off.
  9. Dish it out.
  10. Sprinkle allspice over it.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  12. Delicious Butter Chicken is ready to serve.
