Ingredients
  • 1 whole Chicken breast
  • 1 cup Chickpeas boiled
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 1 cup Gram flour (besan)
  • ¼ bunch Coriander leaves
  • 4-5 Green chilies chopped
  • 1 tbsp cumin crushed
  • 1 tbsp coriander crushed
  • 1 tbsp red pepper crushed
  • 1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Cut chicken into thin juliennes shape.
  2. Add onion, green chilies, gram flour, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red pepper, dry fenugreek leaves and salt.
  3. Mix well and make a thick batter with water.
  4. Grind ½ cup of boiled chickpeas and keep the remaining half cup aside.
  5. Add the grinded and whole chickpeas to batter and mix well.
  6. Add fresh coriander leaves and give it a stir.
  7. Fly the fritters in hot oil and cook for 7-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
  9. Chicken Chana Pakora is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Sweet Chili Sauce.
