  • 500 gm boneless chicken
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Oil for deep frying
Cooking Method
  1. Cut Chicken in small cubes.
  2. Place chicken pieces in a large bowl.
  3. Add onion, garlic paste, black pepper and salt in it.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Place this mixture in a chopper to mince it.
  6. Then put in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  7. Now make small nugget shapes out of the mixture.
  8. Place flour and bread crumbs separately in two shallow plates.
  9. In a small bowl, beat egg.
  10. Place nuggets in flour.
  11. Then dip in egg and then coat in bread crumbs.
  12. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  13. Deep fry nuggets for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
  14. Chicken Nuggets are ready to serve.
