 Here's a quick Breaded Prawns Recipe by Chef Zakir for you all. It's very quick and fuss free, and of course delicious too! Freshly cooked, these are tastier than shop-bought.

Ingredients
  • 300 gm prawns
  • 4 bread slices
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 3 tbsp plain flour
  • 3 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
Cooking Method
  1. Wash prawns then drain.
  2. Make slits in prawns by using sharp knife.
  3. Keep aside.
  4. Cut corners of 4 bread slices then cut into small pieces.
  5. In a medium bowl, beat eggs.
  6. Now add plain flour, corn flour, black pepper, garlic paste, oil and salt.
  7. Make a thick batter.
  8. Dip prawns in this batter then coat with bread pieces.
  9. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  10. Fry bread prawns in hot oil for 5 minutes or until its turn golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oil and drain on tissue paper.
  12. Breaded Prawns are ready to serve. 

Serving Suggestions

Serve with Cheese Dip.
