Ingredients
  • ½ packet Lasagna sheet boiled
  • 2 Chicken breasts chopped
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1/2 Cauliflower
  • ¼ piece Cabbage
  • ½ cup Button mushroom
  • 1 Capsicum chopped
  • 1 Carrot chopped
  • 1 Celery stick chopped
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 6 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp red pepper crushed
  • 3 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • ¼ bunch Parsley chopped
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • ½ liter Milk
  • 100 gm Cheddar cheese grated
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 50 gm Cheddar cheese
Cooking Method
  1. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped garlic and onion. Sauté for 2 minutes then add chopped chicken pieces.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until its color turn to golden brown.
  4. Add cauliflower, capsicum, carrot and celery sticks.
  5. Stir fry for 1 – 2 minutes, then add tomato paste, black pepper powder, salt, red pepper, chili garlic sauce, oregano and thyme, cook for 2 -3 minutes.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until all water dries up.
  7. Turn the heat off.
  8. Heat 3 tbsp butter in a separate pan.
  9. Add 2 tbsp flour and cook well until light brown.
  10. Now pour milk in it and cook for 3-4 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
  11. Then add sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  12. Stir in the 100 gm grated cheese to the white sauce and turn the heat off.
  13. Now arrange boiled lasagna strips in a greased ovenproof dish.
  14. Spread half of the chicken mixture, pour with sauce on top.
  15. Cover with the vegetable mixture.
  16. Again repeat the same with remaining chicken and vegetable mixture.
  17. Lastly pour the remaining white sauce on top.
  18. Spread grated remaining cheese and bake in the preheated oven on 200 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  19. Remove from the oven.
  20. Chicken Vegetable Lasagna is ready to serve.
