Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
Cooking Method
  1. In a large bowl, cream butter with sugar.While beating, gradually add eggs.
  2. Stir in vanilla essence.In a separate bowl, add baking powder and flour.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Divide this mixture in two parts.
  5. Add coco powder in one part.
  6. Also divide butter in two parts.
  7. In one part of butter add coco powder and cocoa flour mixture.Fold well.In the second part of butter, add plain flour mixture.
  8. Preheat a sandwich maker.
  9. Lightly grease with butter.
  10. Pour plain mixture in it and make pattern with the cocoa mixture.
  11. Cover the sandwich maker and leave for 2 to 3 minutes.
  12. Choco Vanilla Triangles are ready to serve.

Serve with tea, smoothie or coffee.
