  • 1 cup Daal mash soaked
  • ½ kg Mince
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Oil
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2-3 Green chilies chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes chopperized
  • 1 tsp Allspice
  • 2-3 Coriander leaves chopped
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add brown onion, ginger garlic paste with mince and fry for 10-12 minutes or until brown.
  3. Add salt, turmeric, chili powder, tomatoes and cook well until oil comes on top. Now add soaked daal and 1 cup of water.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes or until daal get tender and water dries up.
  5. Sprinkle green chilies, coriander leaves, allspice.
  6. Put on dum for few minutes.
  7. Take it out in a serving bowl.
  8. Delicious Daal Mash And Keema is ready to serve.

Serve hot with roti.
