Ingredients
  • 250 gm plain yogurt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 4 green chilies finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Cooking Method
  1. Place onion, green chilies, water, salt, cumin seeds, coriander and mint in a blender.
  2. Process until well blended.
  3. Beat yogurt in a bowl.
  4. Put onion mixture in yogurt.
  5. Onion and Yogurt Chutney is ready to serve.
  6. ENJOY!!
