Ingredients
  • 300 gm Chicken
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 medium Carrots chopped
  • 2 Spring onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Corn
  • 1/2 cup Peas
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove Garlic
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Brown chicken in it.
  3. Transfer to a slow cooker; add the onion, garlic, carrots, and corn.
  4. Cover and cook on low until chicken and vegetables are tender, about 4 hours, pick out all the bones and shred the chicken.
  5. Stir in shredded chicken, peas, and spring onion and dissolve corn flour for thickness.
  6. Stir in cream salt and paper.
  7. Cover and cook until heated through.
  8. Transfer into a serving bowl.
  9. Chunky Creamy Chicken Soup is ready to serve.
