Ingredients
  • 500 gm Beef undercut cubes
  • 2 inch piece of Ginger
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2-3 Green chilies
  • 3 boiled Tomatoes chopped
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 125 gm Yogurt
  • ¼ tsp Dry ginger powder
  • 6-8 Cloves
  • 3-4 Green chilies
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Salt to taste
  • 3-4 tbsp Oil
  • ½ cup Water
Cooking Method
  1. Finely chop ginger and 1 onion, keep aside.
  2. Heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a pan, add chopped giner and and chopped oion.
  3. Fry till golden brown.
  4. Now add beef and cook until meat changed its color and no longer pink.
  5. Now add 3-4 green cardamoms, cloves, turmeric, red chili powder, crushed red pepper and yogurt.
  6. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Now add dry ginger powder, water and salt to taste.
  8. Cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
  9. Then remove the lid, add chopped coriander leaves, 2-3 chopped green chilies and chopped tomatoes.
  10. Cook and stir for few minutes or until oil comes on top.
  11. Garlic Beef is ready to serve.
  12. Take it out in a serving dish and serve hot.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with tandoori roti and salad.
