Ingredients
- ½ kg Chicken boneless
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Onions chopped
- 4 Green Chilies chopped
- 1 Tomato cubes
- 1 Cucumber slices
- Mint Leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- 8 Bread Slices
- ½ cup Chili Garlic Sauce
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- French Fries prepared as required
Cooking Method

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry onions until translucent then add boneless chicken, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, half water and salt.

Cook well for 12-15 minutes or until chicken is tender and all juices run clear.

Turn off the flame.

Now shred the chicken and add chili sauce, tomato ketchup, green chilies, tomatoes, cucumbers, coriander leaves and mint leaves.

Mix well.

Then spread mayonnaise onto the bread slices and chili garlic sauce.

Now add chicken mixture and cover with the second bread slice.

Cut into rectangle shape.
