This is Chicken Drumstick Karahi Recipe by Samina Jalil that can be prepared quickly and easily with no finicky steps. A must try recipe!
- 600 gm Chicken legs
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- ¾ cup Clarified butter
- 250 gm Tomato
- Salt as required
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 1-1/2 tsp Chaat masala
- 12-15 Green chili
- Lemon slices as required
Cut slits into the chicken legs and fry in clarified butter then take it out from butter and keep aside
In the remaining clarified butter add tomato and cook covered on low flame until tomatoes become tender.
When tomato soft then peel it and remove tomato peel.
Season with salt, ginger garlic paste and yogurt add and masala roast.
Now add fried drum stick chaat masala and crushed black pepper.
Cook on high flame for 7-10 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Sprinkle green chilies and lemon slices.
Delicious Chicken Drumstick Karahi is ready to serve.
