  • 500 gm Chicken mince
  • 1 Chicken cube
  • 25 gm Pistachio, ground
  • 25 gm Almond ground
  • 1 tbsp Pepper crushed
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 3-4 tbsp Gram Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 2-3 Green chilies chopped
  • 1/2 Egg
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp Mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp Dry mango powder 1 tbsp
  • 25 gm Walnut ground
  • Oil for fry
Cooking Method
  1. Put all ingredients except oil in a large bowl. Mix until well combined. 

  2. Shape mixture into round patties or kabab's.

  3. heat oil in shallow pan and fry kabab's 5 minutes or each side or until golden brown. 

  4. Dish it out. Delicious Nawabi Kabab's are ready to serve. 

Serving Suggestions

Serve with raita, chutney and salad.
