- ½ cup Wheat flour
- ½ cup Flour
- 3 tbsp Clarified butter
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp Carom seeds
- Water as required
Mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough.
Leave it for a while.
Now make small balls and spread evenly.
Heat oil and deep fry until crispy.
Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
Secure in a air toght container for later use.
Delicious papri is ready to use.
