  • ½ cup Wheat flour
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 3 tbsp Clarified butter
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp Carom seeds
  • Water as required
Cooking Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough.
  2. Leave it for a while.
  3. Now make small balls and spread evenly.
  4. Heat oil and deep fry until crispy.
  5. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
  6. Secure in a air toght container for later use.
  7. Delicious papri is ready to use.

Serve with Dahi Phulki, Chaat etc.
