Ingredients
For Dough:
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- ½ tsp Carom seeds ajwain
- 1 tsp Salt
- 5 tsp Clarified butter
For Stuffing:
- 1 tsp Green chilies chopped
- 5 boiled Potatoes mashed
- 1 tsp Cumin seed powder
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds Crushed
- 1 tsp Red chili crushed
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Mango powder
- ½ tsp All spice powder
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- 2 tsp oil
- 3 tbsp Coriander leaves
To Make Flour Paste:
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Water as required
- Oil for frying
Cooking Method

In a bowl, mix together all the dough ingredients and knead a dough properly.

Leave it for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat oil add green chilies, mashed potatoes and all the spices. Mix well and let it cool down.

Now mix flour paste ingredients.

Then spread the dough evenly and cut in rectangle shape.

Now in a long side add the masala and fold it.

Then do as it is with the remaining dough.

Roll properly. Now seal both dough’s end with flour paste.

Then combine both the dough and make one.

Give it a ring shape.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

Deep fry Aloo Samosa rings on medium heat for 7-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

Remove from the oil and drain on paper.

Aloo Samosa Ring is ready to serve.
