- 4 cups Plain flour
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Yeast
- 1 cup Milk
- Oil as required
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp Butter
In a half cup of Luke warm water, add baking powder and yeast. Mix well and leave it for 5 minutes so that the bubbles come to the surface.
Sieve flour in a mixing bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients and the mixture of yeast to plain flour. Knead the soft dough.
While kneading the dough, take care that it should be neither too hard nor too soft.
