Ingredients
  • 4 cups Plain flour
  • 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Yeast
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Oil as required
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Butter
Cooking Method
  1. In a half cup of Luke warm water, add baking powder and yeast. Mix well and leave it for 5 minutes so that the bubbles come to the surface.

  2. Sieve flour in a mixing bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients and the mixture of yeast to plain flour. Knead the soft dough.

  3. While kneading the dough, take care that it should be neither too hard nor too soft.

  4. After kneading the dough, cover it with wet muslin cloth and place it in a warm place.

  5. Leave it there for 1-2 hours. It will be double. Knead it again by pressing it with hand

  6. Your Homemade Pizza Dough is ready to use. Now prepare Pizza.

I love make pizza’s And i use Tipo 00 flour. But I can’t seems to find it in Pakistan. Can any one help.
I make my pizzas in a Roccbox which I believe evey pizza lover should have.
