  • 500 gm Fish fillet
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp Chinese salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Crushed black pepper
  • 1 cup Flour
  • ½ cup Corn flour
  • 3 Egg
  • 1-½ tbsp Lemon juice
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Cut fish fillets into small cubes.
  2. Marinate with 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice and salt to taste.
  3. Beat eggs in a bowl.
  4. Add in flour, corn flour, salt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, crushed black pepper and Chinese salt.
  5. Mix well and make into thick batter.
  6. Coat fish cubes with dry flour, dip in prepared batter and deep fry till golden brown.
  7. Remove in a platter.
  8. Delicious Salt & Pepper Fish is ready to serve.
