  • 2 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 glasses Water 2 glasses
  • 3 Dry red chilies
  • 1/4 Mint leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sugar or Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Cooking Method
  1. Dry roast 2 tbsp cumin seeds and crush coarsely.
  2. Bring 2 glass water a boil In a small pot and add crushed cumin seeds. Cook 2 minutes. 

  3. Now add dry red chilies, mint leaves, salt to taste and 1 tbsp sugar.

  4. Cover and cook for 8 – 10 minutes.
  5. Now  add 1 tbsp lemon juice and mix well. Then strain in serving cups and serve hot.
