Ingredients
- 2 Potato cubed boiled
- ½ cup Boiled chickpeas
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- 1/2 bunch Coriander chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 2 Green chilies chopped
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- ½ bunch Mint leaves chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Sweet tamarind chutney
Cooking Method

In a large bowl, mix the boiled potato cubes and chickpeas.

Add onions, green chilies, chili garlic sauce, red chili powder, chaat masala, coriander, mint leaves, lemon juice and salt.

Drizzle some sweet tamarind chutney over it.

Mix well.

Sprinkle roasted cumin powder over it.

Delicious Aloo Chana Chaat is ready to serve.
