Ingredients
  • 1 cup evaporated milk chilled
  • 1 cup apricots puree
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1-1/2 tbsp gelatin
  • 6 ounce sugar
Cooking Method
  1. Place evaporated milk in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Beat for 5-8 minutes or until double.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in water.
  4. Blend apricot puree with sugar.
  5. Mix apricot puree in whipped evaporated milk.
  6. Then add dissolve gelatin and whipped cream.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Place this mixture in a mold to set.
  9. Top with whipped cream and cherries.
  10. Apricot Cream is ready to serve.Enjoy!
