Ingredients
  • 2 Chicken breast sliced
  • 1 cup Baby corn sliced
  • ½ cup Mushrooms chopped
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 4 Green chilies
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • ½ cup Water
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for few seconds until light brown.
  3. Now add chicken and fry well for 3 – 4 minutes or until its change color to golden brown.
  4. Add chopped green chilies, spring onion, capsicum, tomato ketchup, oyster sauce, baby corn and mushroom.
  5. Cook for 2 minutes then add water.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the 1 tbsp cornflour with little water.
  8. Pour the cornflour paste in wok and keep stirring while sauce is thickened.
  9. Dish it out.
  10. Chicken Baby Corn Mushroom is ready to serve.
  11. ENJOY!
