Ingredients
  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 1 Onion1
  • 2 Tomatoes1
  • 125 gm Yogurt
  • 1/4 bunch Fresh coriander
  • 1/4 bunch Mint
  • 1/4 cup Clarified butter
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds crushed
  • 1 tbsp Red chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup Oil
Cooking Method
  1. Cut chicken into small pieces.
  2. Melt butter in a pot or pan and sauté ginger and garlic paste in it.

  3. When it changes color , add chicken and sauté until all the juices run clear .

  4. In a blender add onion, tomatoes and mint and blend to form a paste.
  5. Then add yogurt and prepared paste and stir together.
  6. Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin, red chili flakes and salt to taste and mix.
  7. Also add water and cook on low flame for 30 minutes or until water dries up and sauce is thickened.

  8. Top with fresh coriander and serve Chicken Bhuna Masala.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with boiled rice or chapati.
