Ingredients
  • 1 cup White Chickpeas boiled
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin powder roasted
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp mint chopped
  • 2 tbsp Green coriander
  • 1 Cucumber chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • ½ cup Chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
Cooking Method
  1. Place boiled chickpeas in a large mixing bow.
  2. Add onion, tomato, garlic and cucumber.
  3. Season with cumin powder, sugar.
  4. Stir in the Lemon Juice, chili garlic sauce, olive oil and ketchup.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves and green coriander.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Delicious Chickpea Salsa Salad is ready to serve.
  8. Serve cold.
