Ingredients
  • 500 gm Mince
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 3 Tomatoes boiled
  • 4 Green chilies
  • ¼ bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp red pepper crushed
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp All spice powder
  • 1 tsp Dry fenugreek leaves
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup Oil
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Saute onion in it until golden brown.
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste and beef mince, cook and stir until all water dries up.
  4. Add tomatoes, green chilies, red pepper, turmeric powder, all spice powder and salt.
  5. Cook until mince is tender.
  6. Sprinkle coriander leaves and dry fenugreek leaves over it.
  7. Turn the flame off.
  8. Take it out in a serving dish.
  9. Delicious Bhuna Huwa Qeema is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with Garlic Naan and Salad.
