Super easy Dabba Gosht Recipe By Shireen Anwar, with the super taste. Dabba Gosht is a fancier version of traditional Bohra Dabba Gosht. This is one pot quick pie that is very easy to make and delicious. Give it a try!
- ½ kg Undercut beef cut into small pieces
- 2 chopped Onion
- 2 sliced Tomatoes
- ¼ cup Oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Green chilies grinded
- 1 tsp Crushed roasted cumin
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves grinded
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds crushed
- 1 tsp heated Salt
- 25 grinded Cashew nut into powder
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- ¼ cup Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Flour
- ¼ cup Cream
- 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
- 4 chopped Green
- 2 Eggs Boiled
- 2 Raw eggs

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion, grinded green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, turmeric, cumin and coriander.

Fry well, add 1 cup water, cover and cook for 40 minutes or until meat tenders

Now add grinded cashew nut, mix well.

Add ketchup, flour and cream, cook till the mixture is thick and saucy.

In a round steel container spread meat mixture, top with hard boiled eggs, top with sliced tomatoes, sprinkle coriander and green chilies, beat 2 eggs and pour on top as well.

Now bake for 20 minutes on 180 degree C or until golden on top.
