Ingredients
  • ½ kg Mince
  • 100 gm Boiled rice
  • 1 Onion
  • ½ bunch Parsley chopped
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • ¼ tsp White pepper
  • 3 – 4 Green chilies
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
Cooking Method
  1. Put together the mince, boiled rice, onion, parsley, green chilies and egg in a chopper.
  2. Process until well combined.
  3. Now add in black pepper power, white pepper powder and salt.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Take it out in a bowl.
  6. Now shape into small meat balls.
  7. In a deep pan, melt butter, add in garlic paste and sauté for a few minutes.
  8. Then add honey and cook for a few minutes more then add lemon juice and oyster sauce. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
  9. Now add 1 cup water and prepared meat balls. Cover and cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes or until cooked inside.

  10. In a small bowl, combine together the 2 tbsp corn flour with a little water and make a thick paste.

  11. Pour in the pan and keep stirring.

  12. Take it out in a serving dish.
  13. Meatballs with Lemon sauce is ready to serve.

Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with rice.
