  • ½ kg Chickpeas boiled
  • ½ kg Yogurt
  • 2 Potatoes boiled and cubed
  • 6 Red chilies whole
  • 1 cup Boondi soaked
  • ½ cup Tamarind pulp
  • 1 tsp Whole coriander
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Carom seeds
  • 1 tbsp Green chili paste
  • 2 tsp Cumin seeds roasted
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Onion chopped as required
  • Tomato cubed as required
  • Green chilies chopped as required
  • Coriander leaves chopped as required
  • Mint leaves chopped as required
Cooking Method
  1. Beat yogurt with cumin, green chili paste and salt.
  2. Spread boiled chickpeas in a serving bowl.
  3. Pour yogurt mixture over it.
  4. Now top with soaked Boondi and potatoes.
  5. Drizzle some tamarind pulp.
  6. Speinkle, onion, tomatoes, green chilies,coriander leaves and mint leaves on top.
  7. Toast together red chilies, cumin seeds, coriander seeds andcarom seeds.
  8. Grind finely and sprinkle on top of chaat.
  9. Delicious Dahi Chana Chaat is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Tamarind Chutney.
