- 1 cup Gram flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Soda bicarb
- 1 tsp Cumin crushed
- Water as required
- Oil for frying
Sieve gram flour and add cumin.
Then gradually add water (as required) and make a thick batter.
Now add soda bicarb and mix well.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
With the help of strainer or spoon fry the phulkian or until crisp and golden.
Remove from the oil and drain.
Let it to cool down then secure in an air tight jar for later use.
Homemade Dahi Phulki is ready to use.
