  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soya sauce
  • 2 cm Ginger grated
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • ½ kg Fish fillets
  • Lettuce leaves to serve
Cooking Method
  1. In a saucepan, Combine honey, soya sauce, ginger and oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until until marinade comes to the boil.
  2. Turn the flame off and let it cool.
  3. Pour marinade into a ceramic dish.
  4. Add fish to cooled marinade.
  5. Turn to coat evenly.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
  7. Preheat a chargrill or barbecue on medium heat.
  8. Remove fish from marinade, reserving marinade.
  9. Cook fish, brushing with marinade, for 3 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking.
  10. Take it out in a serving platter.
  11. Honey Soya Fish is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with lettuce.
